Delivery & Returns
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48hrs. Please allow up to another 48hrs for delivery after dispatch. There are times that orders can be delayed due to stock availability and or delays in production,if this transpires, we will contact you ASAP. If your order is urgent, let us know and we will make every effort to do what we can to meet your requirements.
We use UPS Priority shipping and pack your delivery by hand to make sure everything is correct and secure. This applies to deliveries within Ireland.
For all orders outside of Ireland,contact us with details of what you would like to order and where you would like it delivered, and we can create a bespoke quote for you.
Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer collection. We work with several reliable partners around the country and may dispatch your order from their premises to your location. We are currently working on a central location where collections will be possible in the future.
Returns
All our products are manufactured to the highest quality; however, accidents do happen and where there is a problem, we will fix it as quickly and efficiently as possible. If the plastic we deliver is imperfect, or incorrect in any way, please contact us at your earliest convenience (within 14 days of receipt of delivery) and we will refund, replace or repair your product. We will ask you to send us photographs of the affected products.
In the case of special orders, these cannot be returned except if the order is incorrectly cut or otherwise faulty in some way.
If you are returning an order to us, please make sure that it is returned safely with as much of the original packaging and the film protecting the surfaces still intact.
Orders Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives with signs of damage, please sign for it as DAMAGED and contact usimmediately but no later than 3 days with a photo of the damage to sales@topplastics.ie,along with your order details. This is so that we can begin making the replacement for your damaged order as soon as possible.
Please keep the damaged order in its original packaging so we can arrange collection and communicate with the courier.
Unwanted items and Amendments
If you have a change of heart regarding your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange the return of the items.
The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. You are also responsible for the goods while in transit until they reach our offices. Responsibility for loss or damage while in transit shall be borne by you.
All unwanted returned items must be in a full unused condition and in the original, unopened packaging. Upon receipt, we will provide a refund to the value paid for the items returned, excluding any delivery charges paid at the time of order.
Please note that orders for plastic sheet cut to size or with holes or fabricated in anyway cannot be cancelled or amended once they have been processed.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
