Nationwide Delivery Across Ireland

We provide reliable nationwide delivery of plastic sheets and materials throughout Ireland. Our team carefully prepares and packs orders to protect sheets during transport, including large-format materials.Delivery times depend on product availability, order size, and destination. If your order is urgent, contact us and we’ll advise the quickest available delivery option.

Customer Collection

Customer collection is available from our warehouse at Unit 17/18 Monread Industrial Park, Monread Road, Naas, Co. Kildare, W91 W81C.

We stock a wide range of plastic sheet materials at our Naas facility and also provide nationwide delivery throughout Ireland. Please contact our team before collection so we can confirm stock availability and have your order ready.

Returns

All our products are manufactured to the highest quality; however, accidents do happen and where there is a problem, we will fix it as quickly and efficiently as possible. If the plastic we deliver is imperfect, or incorrect in any way, please contact us at your earliest convenience (within 14 days of receipt of delivery), and we will refund, replace or repair your product. We will ask you to send us photographs of the affected products.

In the case of special orders, these cannot be returned except if the order is incorrectly cut or otherwise faulty in some way.

If you are returning an order to us, please make sure that it is returned safely with as much of the original packaging and the film protecting the surfaces still intact.

Orders Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives with signs of damage, please sign for it as DAMAGED and contact us immediately, but no later than 3 days, with a photo of the damage to sales@topplastics.ie, along with your order details. We can then begin making the replacement for your damaged order as soon as possible.

Please keep the damaged order in its original packaging so we can arrange collection and communicate with the courier.

Unwanted Items, Cancellations & Amendments

If you have a change of heart regarding your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange the return of the items.

The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. You are also responsible for the goods while in transit until they reach our offices. Responsibility for loss or damage while in transit shall be borne by you.

All unwanted returned items must be in a full unused condition and in the original, unopened packaging. Upon receipt, we will provide a refund to the value paid for the items returned, excluding any delivery charges paid at the time of order.

Please note that orders for plastic sheet cut to size or with holes or fabricated in any way cannot be cancelled or amended once they have been processed.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
